9 Ways How To Raise Your Vibrations

As a mother I know how easy it is to lose our energy and walk around as a someone with low vibration and frequency. I also know that as mothers we need to do everything in our power to be happy, energized and positive if not for ourselves but for our children. Children are very sensitive to feelings and emotions around them.

Everything around has a vibration or frequency, however you want to call it. When we are sad, mad, unhappy we are living in a low frequency. Experiencing life in a low frequency or energy is no way to live. There are several ways to increase these energies and vibrations.

One quick way to raise your energy and vibration is to stop and meditate. Moms live a non-stop life and it can be difficult to cut out an hour or half-hour to meditate but you can start with a 2-minute meditation. Besides raising your energy and vibration, meditation helps you to settle your mind, relax, sleep better and de-stress.

Take a few minutes and start meditating with these few steps.

  1. Find a quiet place.

  2. Turn off your phone and all distractions

  3. Sit comfortably on the floor or chair

  4. Close your eyes

  5. Breath naturally and focus on your breath

  6. Don’t let your mind wonder but if it does don’t judge yourself and just bring it back to your breath.

  7. At the end open your eyes and notice your feelings and thoughts

You should much better afterwards.

Essential Oils

Have you ever smelled a flower, coffee or a certain food and a flood of happy memories come rushing in? That’s what smells can do. They can lift you up and make you remember happy times.

Essential oils are naturally occurring aromatic essences from fragrant plants. They come from flowers, herbs, seeds, spices, berries and grasses and have been used for in baths, compresses, burners as a therapeutic cure for centuries. Recently, essential oils have become more and more popular for their curing properties. For this reason, essential oils can lift your energy and vibration.

Here are some essentials oils to increase happiness (energy):

  1. Frankincense

  3. Lemon
  4. Rose
  5. Ylang Ylang

Eat High Vibrational Foods

Just like we have a vibration, so do the foods we eat. High frequency foods such as whole foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and organic foods support us to give us a healthier life. Processed foods, sugar, alcohol, GMO foods, sodas, and fried foods are low vibrational foods which don’t support a healthy lifestyle.

By eating a healthier diet, you can not only lift your mood and vibration but in the long run, high vibrational foods can support you in a healthier lifestyle to include weight loss decrease inflammation and much more.

High vibrational foods give you the nourishment you need, helps your body to detoxify and raise your energy.

What to avoid:

  • Alcohol

  • Meats

  • Refined Sugars

  • Artificial sweeteners

  • Fast foods

  • Microwaved foods

  • High carb foods

  • Sodas

What to eat more:

  • Organic foods

  • Nuts, seeds, herbs

  • Herbal teas

  • Veggies and fruits

  • A lot of water

Gratitude Journal

There are many more benefits of gratitude journaling then just raising your energy and vibration. Gratitude journaling means writing down what you are grateful daily, whether it’s in the morning or evening. The practice of gratitude has numerous benefits including:

  • better sleep

  • feeling better

  • being kinder and more compassionate

  • and happier

Writing in a gratitude journal can help us appreciate more what we have and the people that are in life.

Positive Thinking

Having positive thoughts is a sure way to raise your energy and frequency. What you need to do when feeling down is to become aware of your feelings and change your thoughts and even use some positive affirmations.

Affirmations are a great tool to use when you’r efeeling your best emotionally. Having a set an affirmations that you can go to is the perfect solution for someone just starting out. You can have them written down in a journal for easy access. At first saying the words is a good start but eventually you will have to feel the words.

Listening to affirmations is always a great way to boost your energy and frequency. A quick place to find and hear affirmations is on YouTube. All you need to do is to search for affirmations and dozens of videos popup.

Journaling is one of those things that can be done anywhere and anytime. The benefits of journaling whether daily or weekly can be amazing. Benefits of having a journaling habit include:

  • increase vibrational frequency

  • reduce stress

  • working out problems

  • emotional release

  • become more creative

  • plan your future

  • self-reflection

The topics of your journal entries are endless. Journal:

  • about your day, reflect on your day

  • anger writing- if you are mad at someone, let it all out on paper

  • your goals for the future, next week, month etc.

  • affirmations

  • travels

  • writing about your kids

I personally enjoy doing travel journals and the occasional journal entry with photos I take. IIt started out with the notebooks I made and journaled about vacations and for a year and half I created one journal a month of our daughter’s daily life. Journaling would take me into a more energized frequency and I would zone out any worries or troubles. I always use the traveler’s notebooks that I create.

You can easily incorporate crystals in your everyday life. Crystals can be worn, placed in your office, bedrooms and virtually any living space.

Positive People

I’m sure you know by now that people around us can affect our vibrational frequency. They can drain of energy when we are feeling good and make us feel better too. Sometimes you can meet people that can lift us up by just smiling or just by having a conservation with them. Then there are those that can bring us down, they are low frequency people, also called “energy vampires”. So, one of the quickest ways to ways your energy or vibrational frequency is to surround yourself with those that make you feel good, those that when you walk away from you feel uplifted. Children have this ability. They can say and do the sweetest of things. If you need a quick lift be in the moment with your children.

Forest Bathing

Forest bathing was developed in the 1980’s by the Japanese as an effort for citizens to relieve their stress and anxiety. Forest bathing isn’t about hiking or running in the forest. It is about just being in forest and using all your senses to feel, smell, see the forest. Basically, be present in nature. That mean no phones, no taking pictures for Facebook, and no listening to listen.

So, go out find a forest, that includes if you have a forest in your back yard like some of us do and simply take a walk, sit, and enjoy the present and be present.

I know this is a lot to take in, but I intentionally made it only 10 ways to raise your energy and vibrations because we are busy people and a full plate of things to do in a day. These are easy and doable. You can do one or 3 a day. Some of these will only take a minute, like giving someone a compliment. Other’s might take a lot longer.
